Who we are
LinkBuildingServices.org is operated by AuthorityMagnet OPC Private Limited, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, India. You can reach us at hello@linkbuildingservices.org. Our grievance officer is Mohammad Qaiser, at hello@linkbuildingservices.org.
What we collect and why
Forms
When you send one of our forms, we store what you entered in our database so we can answer you, and email a copy to our team:
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic, the page you're writing about (optional) and your message.
- Provider requests: company name, website, your name, email address, what you need and the details you add.
- Get matched: your email address, your website (optional), the answers you picked and the providers we matched you with.
Security
With each form we store a one-way hash of your IP address, made with a secret salt, never the raw IP address. We use it to limit how often one connection can submit, and to spot abuse. We also store your browser's user-agent string, to help us review spam.
Staff sign-in
Our staff sign in with an emailed link. For them we keep an email address and the authentication records our sign-in provider creates.
Community features
Voting, reviews and comments are switched off today. If we switch them on, signing in will store your email address and a display name, and we'll keep the reviews, comments and votes you post. Reviews are moderated before they're published.
Spam protection
Forms and sign-in use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. Turnstile processes signals such as your IP address, browser user-agent and connection fingerprint to do that; Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum describes what it collects.
Sign-in links, our replies and our internal notices about form submissions are sent through Resend. Mail you send to hello@linkbuildingservices.org is received through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Analytics
We don't use analytics on this site.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your data, we don't use advertising trackers, and we don't set third-party advertising cookies.
Who processes your data, and where
- Vercel: hosting, and the request logs that come with it.
- Supabase: our database, in the United States (us-east-1).
- Cloudflare: DNS, Turnstile and email routing.
- Resend: email delivery.
Your data may be processed outside India, in the United States.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions are deleted after 24 months.
- The IP hash and user-agent string stored with a submission are cleared after 90 days.
- Submissions we mark as spam are deleted after 30 days.
- Rate-limit records are deleted automatically within two days.
- Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access a summary of your personal data, and to correct, complete, update or erase it. You can withdraw consent, nominate someone to exercise these rights for you, and have your grievances addressed. Residents of other places, including US states with privacy laws, can make the same requests.
To make a request, email hello@linkbuildingservices.org with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We reply within 30 days.

Cookies
- Sign-in cookies (names starting with
sb-) keep you signed in. They are set only after you sign in. - Cloudflare Turnstile runs in a frame from Cloudflare when a form or sign-in shows it. Cloudflare's cookie policy covers any cookies it uses.
- There are no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies.
Children
This site isn't directed at anyone under 18.
Changes
When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it.
