Most of that work is unglamorous on purpose: confirming that a stated price is still the price, that a guarantee covers removal as well as nofollow changes, and that sample placements sit on sites with real organic traffic.

Years of outreach and order management mean he reads a provider's process the way a buyer lives it: how fast an order is acknowledged, what happens when a placement is rejected, and how a replacement is handled.
