How experienced buyers use it
The most useful review in our research came from a year-long user: Adsy removes the cold outreach grind and delivers mostly dofollow links from real blogs, but you still have to filter. Their workflow is to review the lists monthly, skip anything whose traffic doesn't match its metrics, and use the marketplace to fill gaps when other campaigns run slow.
What to check before ordering
Organic traffic trend over twelve months, the country split of that traffic, how many other sponsored posts sit on the site, and whether the link will be dofollow.
