Overview
eReferer is a French-first link marketplace known for two things: low prices and automatic submission to dozens of directories. Independent French comparisons call it the cheapest platform on the market while noting it now goes well beyond directories, claiming 80,000 blogs and 20,000 clients.
In our September 2026 price study, its 9,378 guest post listings had a median of $141, one of the lowest of the fifteen marketplaces we analyzed, which makes it a practical option for French and European campaigns on a budget.
The consistent caveat from French reviewers is quality variance. The catalog is impressive in size but uneven in standard, so it suits site launches and large-scale link buying more than flagship placements. Directory submissions in particular add little value on their own.

How to use a cheap catalog well
Filter hard on organic traffic rather than authority metrics, skip anything whose traffic graph has collapsed, and ignore the directory volume entirely. Used that way, eReferer is a reasonable source of inexpensive French-language links. Used as a bulk button, it produces a profile that looks bought.
What its Trustpilot reviews say
Its Trustpilot score is 1.9 from 28 reviews (checked October 15, 2026), and most come from sellers: a June 2, 2026 review says prices on premium sites were cut without approval, and an April 2025 review reports a balance of about $1,800 (€1,609) left unpaid. One buyer, in August 2024, says a remaining wallet balance wasn't refunded; the company replied that withdrawals under about $112 (€100) aren't permitted. Keep your top-ups close to what you plan to spend.
